Dinosaurs Galore

The girls have been interested in learning more about dinosaurs. Dinosaurs Galore is actually the name of a book we have. The girls have also been having fun playing with their dinosaur toys and trying to figure out which dinosaur each one is. The girls played with our dino cards which are like a little puzzle, you have to match the top and bottoms, or multiple cards together to make a complete dinosaur. The back of the cards have information about each dinosaur.

We also downloaded a game from the BBC web site called Dinosaur World. The girls get to walk around and explore the land of the dinosaurs as they go on a scavenger hunt trying to find different species of dinos and plants. The game has different habitats, from the mossy plains and desert, to a dry river bed and crater. A narrator tells us about what we are seeing.
